Things You’ll Need

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1/3 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 small apples, peeled and diced

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Generously grease a standard loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Mix together and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
