  • 4 large peaches (about 3 pounds), sliced

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 2 tablespoons plus 2/3 cup flour, divided

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon plus 1 teaspoon cinnamon, divided

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

Step 1: Prepare the Filling
